"it is a car garage with two garage door opener for entry and i had requested 4 bedroom but was 2 bedroom instead worst part is the owner is living in another part of the apartment with also the mother, no privacy at all it was very much insulting, how is this property even past the requirement to be listed on the homeaway site...... we had to go and check in to a different hotel and had to pay more money ......"

"In the past I have rated two homes with 5 stars. These homes were well equipped, with 3 or 4 bedrooms, infinity pools, perched high on a cliff overlooking the ocean, at $200-$250 a night. I thought these homes offered exceptional value and deserved 5 stares. This apartment does not have these features and has some kitchen issues (see below) but at a rate of much less than $100 a night, it offers exceptional value deserving a 5 star rating. "L'accueil est sympaghique. Les propriétaires sont serviables et réactifs. L'hébergement est spacieux pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le logement donne sur la rue peu fréquentée. Il n'y a pas d'espace extérieur hormis à l'entrée. Les propriétaires vivent à l'étage.La proximité du bourg accessible à pied est un vrai plus. On y trouve boulangerie, épicerie et le petit marché couvert. Le marché aux poissons est au bout de la rue. Un supermarché est à moins de 10mn en voiture. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Cocoteraie. Logement fonctionnel bien situé, front de mer. Très belle vue et super terrasse. Nous remercions Denis et Katy pour leur disponibilité. Seul bémol, l'air conditionné qui ne fonctionne pas dans le salon. Denis nous a expliqué le problème (lié aux sargasses) et va remplacer l'appareil (il y a une rupture de stock pour ce genre d'appareils qui résiste aux sargasses). "We were very pleased with the bungalow. We stayed 3 nights, 2/2/17 - 2/5/17, and would stay longer if we had more vacation time. We liked the outside but under cover dinning area. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. The climate controlled bedroom was adequate in size although we would like a firmer mattress. About 1 km from the center of La Trinite, the location was very convenient for food and gifts shopping as well as exploring Caravelle peninsula and Robert Bay."
